The mission of the Association of Nigerians in Nanaimo (ANIN) is to bring Nigerians in Nanaimo together to collaboratively improve the wellbeing of one another and make positive impacts in the Nanaimo community.

ANIN is a non-governmental, community-based association serving Nigerians resident in Nanaimo and Northern Vancouver Island. The Association operates to support welfare initiatives, cultural events, empowerment programs, and the general wellbeing of its members while maintaining good standing and legal compliance.

We are committed to transparency, accountability, and service. Our goal is to create a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment where members feel represented, heard, and valued.

Every Nigerian resident in Nanaimo and Northern Vancouver Island is eligible to become a member of the Association of Nigerians in Nanaimo (ANIN). Simply complete the membership registration form on our website to get started.

ANIN provides both internal and external volunteer opportunities. If you’re interested in serving, please fill out our volunteer form and our team will contact you.

Your donations support the Association’s core operations, including welfare support, community events, empowerment initiatives, and general administration.
