ANIN is committed to promoting close cooperation and communication among members, assisting members in need within available means, supporting projects that develop the Association, its members, and the wider community, organizing social and welfare activities that strengthen unity, encouraging economic and financial support for underprivileged members and the community, raising funds responsibly to achieve the Association’s goals, fostering friendship and engagement among Nigerians in Nanaimo, and remaining non partisan in all activities.

Seed Science
Seed Science Ltd. is a Nanaimo-based shellfish hatchery founded in 2003 and recognized as the first fully recirculating land-based commercial shellfish hatchery in North America. It produces oyster, mussel, clam, and geoduck larvae and seed for Pacific Northwest growers, using a closed artificial seawater system that supports sustainability and controlled growing conditions.
